The terms that apply to using this website. Last updated 5 August 2026.
These terms cover the use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. The terms for a job we quote and carry out are set out in the written quote for that job.
The prices published here are guide ranges. They are not a quote, and nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a set price. The price for your job comes after we have measured it on site, and it comes to you in writing.
Thicknesses, finishes and specifications described here are general. What your job actually needs is decided on the site, and it can differ from what a page describes.
Sending the form or ringing us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and it does not book work in.
A job is booked once we have given you a written quote and you have told us to go ahead.
The text, photographs, layout and logo on this site belong to Hamilton Concrete Contractors or are used under licence. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use.
Do not republish the content on another website, and do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection to your business. Ask us first and we will usually say yes to anything reasonable.
We keep the site up and current as best we can. It can still go down for maintenance or because something outside our control has broken, and pages can be out of date between updates.
Treat what you read here as a starting point rather than engineering advice for your property. Every site is different, and we do not accept responsibility for decisions made off the back of a web page instead of a site visit.
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.
We update this page when the site or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows the last change.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts deal with anything arising from them.
